Andrew Spinks President & CEO / Director Mr Andrew Spinks is a senior Geologist with over 19 years of experience in the Mineral Resource Industry in senior management and consulting roles, from project development and mining environments in Australia and Africa. Mr Spinks has been the competent person for ASX and TSX listed companies for the past years. Commodity experience includes; gold, base metals, diamonds, industrial minerals and PGE’s. His qualifications include a B. App.Sc, Grad.Dip (Mining) and Unrestricted Quarry Managers certificate. He is a current member of the Australasian Institute of Mining. Bruce Burrell Director Mr. Burrell has 30 years of experience as a Director of several ASX listed public companies, has a Master of Business Administration degree and is a member of CPA Australia. David Taylor Director Mr. Taylor brings to the board over 20 years of capital markets experience, including a career at Canada's Thomson Reuters. Peter Treston Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary Director, Secretary and CFO of various companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. He is a Chartered Accountant in public practice in Brisbane since 1993 and has been a self-employed accountant since 1989. |
